I was in prayer and heard the Lord say we need to pray for the heart of America.
I heard this after the Lord gave me a disturbing vision:
As I was in prayer I saw this huge statue.
I knew it to be Molech.
And there was a continual chain of babies going into its belly.
And I heard, "Devourer."Here is an image that is similar to what I saw in my vision.

As I sat with the Lord to discern His heart and pick up on His heartbeat, I was led to this verse:
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” I Peter 5:8 NKJV
The Lord makes it very clear that we are not to allow our children to be sacrificed to this demonic being.
Today, we call this offering abortion.
Some would call it a right or a freedom.
I want to make this clear, I'm not talking about decisions made to save life or in lieu of a doctor's advice due to a medical condition.
I'm specifically talking about lives being ended due to some sort of perceived "inconvenience."
The Lord makes it clear, this is idol worship and it is detestable.
“Do not permit any of your children to be offered as a sacrifice to Molech, for you must not bring shame on the name of your God. I am the Lord.” Leviticus 18:21 NLT
The Lord wants our heart.
When we give Him our heart.
He rebukes the devourer.
See how the Lord speaks to Israel about their heart condition as it relates to tithing.
We we tithe, we are expressing our trust and devotion to God.
AND...
We are expressing His giving heart. He gave His FIRST and BEST, His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
And so tithing is an expression of our agreement with the heart of the Father and our fellowship with Him.
When we step out of fellowship with His heart, we open up ourselves to the "devourer."
So the Lord promises that when we turn our hearts toward Him, He will rebuke the "devourer."
Read this word with me:
“For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob. Yet from the days of your fathers You have gone away from My ordinances And have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” Says the Lord of hosts. “But you said, ‘In what way shall we return?’ Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the Lord of hosts." Malachi 3:6-7, 10-11 NKJV (Emphasis mine)
The "devourer" is a "he." It's satan himself.
And the Lord is showing us that He will rebuke the "devourer" when we return to Him.
This is when I heard the Lord say we need to pray for the heart of America.
This is a spiritual battle.
It will be won in the realm of the spirit.
Let us pray for our sisters and brothers who don't know what they're doing.
Let us pray for revival in the church AND awakening in the world.
May they turn their hearts to the Father.
The truth is this: we won't legislate or adjudicate any end to idolatry, including abortion.
This is where we need to exert our energy in prayer.
May God bless you with the strength to pray in His name and His grace, with His heart.
