Hebrew Year 5784: The Door Of Humility

Updated: Sep 26, 2023

This is my second release regarding the Hebrew year 5784 (You can watch the previous word HERE).

Today at sundown begins the Jewish New Year known as Rosh Hashanah. It is prophetically, the "Year of the Door."

The "Year of the Door" is called this because the number 4 in Hebrew year 5784 is represented by a tent door in ancient Hebrew.

But the number 4 in 5784 is also associated with the letter Hebrew letter called a “dalet,” which looks like a person who is empty, poor, and humble. That’s why to enter this door, you need to seek God’s will not your own.

The key to entering the doors of opportunity for this new Hebrew year is humility.

Proverbs 15:33 (NKJV)

The fear of the LORD [is] the instruction of wisdom, And before honor [is] humility.

Proverbs 18:12 (NKJV)

Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, And before honor [is] humility.

Many of us are heading into a door of fellowship.

This will require humility for some of us.

The Lord is calling you back to fellowship.

He wants you back in the tent.

You must seek His will for you to walk in fellowship with other believers.

Proverbs 18:1 (NKJV)

A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment.

The Lord says, “come to the church. Come back to family”

Hebrews 10:24-25 (NKJV)

24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,

25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as [is] the manner of some, but exhorting [one another,] and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

If you find yourself isolated, you are vulnerable to attack.

The Lord wants you in the sheepfold.

You enter the sheepfold through Jesus! JESUS IS THE DOOR!

John 10:9-11 (NKJV)

9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.

10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly.

11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.

Jesus doesn’t just want you to be saved, He wants you to have life!

And the abundant life is only found in the sheepfold.

To those who are not in the sheepfold, they are vulnerable because they have entered through another door.

John 10:12-14 (NKJV)

12 “But a hireling, [he who is] not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13 “The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep.

14 “I am the good shepherd; and I know My [sheep,] and am known by My own.

Ask the Lord to lead you into a sheepfold, a fellowship with other believers who are in love with Jesus.

You can’t have the abundant life outside of the sheepfold.

Another aspect of this is hearing. The Lord wants you to hear His voice.

This is the decade of the mouth. The number 8 in 5784 is represented by a mouth, the Hebrew letter "pey."

What’s also so interesting is the aforementioned number 4, also the Hebrew letter "dalet," includes an element that's called an "ear."

God wants you to humble yourself to hear His voice. Follow His voice through the door of fellowship which will also bring you blessing. It is only through humility we enter this prophetic door of abundant life.

The Lord is calling you back to fellowship!
