"Interference"

In prayer this morning, I heard the Lord say "interference"

And I began to immediately think about the "cares of this world" that seek to steal the seed.

There is interference in the spirit realm that seeks to steal the seed of God's Word.

It seeks to steal the power of the Lord in a believer's life, by distracting them.

When I heard interference, I had been praying to the Lord about the cares of this world.

"And the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful." Mark 4:19 NKJV

These cares can be virtually ANYTHING that seeks to exalt itself above the knowledge of God.

The cares of this world can steal you away from the heart of Jesus.

The enemy sows doubt through your circumstances.

He seeks to steal you away from faith as you approach life.

I heard the Lord say "Seek first the Kingdom of God"

"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Matthew 6:33 NKJV

This took me into a study about "worry."

““Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’” Matthew‬ ‭6:31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The word for worry here is actually translated as the word “thought” in the KJV...

Where it says “take no thought.”

The word for thought is “merimnao” which means:

  • to be anxious

to be troubled with cares

  • to care for, look out for (a thing)

to seek to promote one's interests

caring or providing for

The root of this word is the Greek term merino.” This word means:

  • to separate into parts, cut into pieces

to divide into parties, i.e. be split into factions

The root of that word is “meros” which means:

  • a part

a part due or assigned to one

lot, destiny

  • one of the constituent parts of a whole

in part, partly, in a measure, to some degree, as respects a part, severally, individually

any particular, in regard to this, in this respect

So when we worry, we are giving a part of our mind to a distraction.

We are taking a part of our mind away from the care and love of Jesus and giving it to something else.

In addition we’re taking our “lot” our destiny, what the Lord has for us and giving it to something else.

What God has for us is for us.

We don’t have to give a single thought away to a lie.

Our destiny is ours... unless we give it away by worrying.

We should just receive what is ours

Through Jesus

Love, peace, joy - the entire fruit of the spirit.

My prayer is you will find great peace in knowing Jesus is your source of EVERYTHING.

And you don't need to have a care in the world!

God bless you,
