It is with great fear, awe and sobriety I send you greetings in the peace and love of Jesus Christ.
Thank you for the Holy Spirit our comforter!
I was presented a dream from the Lord that has arrested my attention.
And I believe it is a mighty critical word for the church in order for us to advance the Kingdom of God in this season and the powerful approaching season to come.
There is heightened warfare in families.
And the Lord is sending encouragement that if we are determined to fight, we will win.
And He is sending confirmation about His help.
“Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.
Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.”
Psalms 3:1-3 KJV
The following dream and interpretation, I pray, will assist us in equipping, ministering and edifying the body of Christ.
There will be breakthrough!
In families and homes. For men and women and children.
For believers and unbelievers.
We will fight.
And we will recover all.
Now here is the gift the Lord gave me in the night.
I was walking around a house of “the gods.”
These are heroes of renown from myths.
Zeus, Poseidon, etc.
I came expecting to see them ready for battle.
There was an enemy laying siege to their home.
But they were in disarray and fighting each other over petty items.
After a reset...
I finally said to them all as I walked through the hall...
“This is not how people act when they are attacked by outsiders.”
“This is not how gods act.”
I said they should be protecting their home.
I remember seeing a large dining table on a room of marble with various living levels and steps that lead to the various levels of the room.
And Zeus was there with his scepter and huge crown.
And he was shooting at the air.
“I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:”
1 Corinthians 9:26 KJV
I was disappointed in their lack of judgment, and awareness and unpreparedness.
They seemed like quarreling children more than strong and mighty warriors of exploits and historical feats and triumphs.
They seemed remarkably weak and small despite their multitude of powers and abilities and their access to incredible resources and riches.
[END OF DREAM]
“I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.”
Psalms 82:6 KJV
The Lord calls the people of God “gods” as a reference to their power to rule in the earth and judge.
The word used in Psalm 82 is the Hebrew word “Elohim,” which we typically ascribe to God himself.
But Strong’s Concordance lifts up this definition as it is used in Psalms 82:6.
Elohim - referring to “rulers or judges with divine connections.”
We know we are created in God’s image.
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Genesis 1:27 KJV
And here in Psalms 82, we see how there is the power and authority to rule as “gods” or representatives of God’s authority.
Jesus himself refers to this scripture in confronting judgmental Pharisees:
“Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?”
John 10:34-36 KJV
Psalm 82 calls us “gods” in terms of the responsibility and authority to defend and fight.
But there is also a criticism for those who do not take up this responsibility.
“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
“The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.”
Psalms 82:3-5 NIV
The Lord commands us not to be afraid of our enemy, the devil and his schemes and demons.
“Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the Lord thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt;”
Deuteronomy 7:18 KJV
In fact, the Lord says He will send assistance for the fight - expressly in this passage by sending a HORNET.
“Moreover the Lord thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and hide themselves from thee, be destroyed.”
Deuteronomy 7:20 KJV
You might have heard about the invasive “murder hornet” that has arrived in America for the first time recently.
This hornet is the largest of its kind. And has the capability TO KILL HUMANS.
This hornet has made itself known by killing masses of bees in Washington state by beheading them.
David beheaded Goliath. Hallelujah!
And bees can indeed represent demonic attack or affliction.
“They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.”
Psalms 118:12 KJV
I believe this invasion of hornets can be taken as the Lord’s prophetic sign.
He is coming to assist His people as they evict the enemy from their homes.
“Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the Lord thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible.”
Deuteronomy 7:21 KJV
I heard the Lord say “clean house.”
“Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it: but thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing.”
Deuteronomy 7:26 KJV
The fight is fierce.
But it must be in the spirit, by prayer and fasting and worship and praise.
And the fight must continue until we claim all that’s been set before us during this reset.
May it be so for the church, America and the world.
God bless you.
