The Lord Showed Me He's Preparing A Vast Harvest Field [Recorded May 2025]

Preparing the Harvest Field: A Dream and a Call to Pray

Introduction: A Word I’ve Been Carrying

I’m so, so ready to release this word to you because I’ve had this word in my spirit for almost two months. I got this word in March. I won’t say I’ve been delayed, but I’ve had so much going on that I just hadn’t had the opportunity to release this into your spirit.

Let’s pray about how God is preparing the harvest field. Glory to God. Something the Lord showed me about the coming global harvest—which has already begun—is going to blow your mind.

Prayer: Asking God to Speak Clearly

Father, we thank You for the encouragement of the Holy Spirit. Thank You for vision. Thank You for the release of Your heart. Thank You for illustrating with cinematic certainty as a storyteller. Thank You for releasing the glory of God through men’s servants and women’s servants. May this word be a blessing to Your people in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I’m feeling weak, which I believe means the Lord is becoming strong. The virtue of the Lord is being poured out through this word.

The Dream: A Field Still in Preparation

I want to share a dream that I had on March 19th, along with the interpretation and application in our lives. In this dream, I was standing on a second-floor platform. I was overlooking a football field. I was in an indoor stadium.

From this higher place, I could see the ground was clear. As I was walking on this platform, I thought I might fall over. I was high up and looking down.

When I looked down to the first level—the ground level—I saw a football field being prepared. It was not yet ready to have the sod rolled out. I saw a roll of sod. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen this before, how sod comes on rolls. But this was massive—one big piece.

The soil was beautiful. It was ready to receive the sod that was going to be the finish work of the field. In the spirit, what I was seeing was turf being prepared to be laid out. The foundation of this field was visible, but the surface of the field had not been rolled out.

I saw work going on. There were people working—I believe this was angelic. There were beings working on preparing this field. But the field was not yet ready. It was still in a preparatory phase.

Interpretation: The Great Harvest Field

I believe this is the great harvest field. The Lord is still making preparations for what is going to be the third great awakening. It was a firm soil, a firm foundation. God is preparing a sturdy foundation that will last. It won’t be fleeting.

He is preparing this field for what will be a protracted, long, and extended time of awakening. As He is preparing His church, He is preparing the harvest field, and He is preparing the laborers.

Jesus and the Laborers

Let’s talk about Matthew chapter 9. When Jesus saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion. He wanted to touch them. And then He said something that brings us right into this moment.

“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, ‘The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.’” Matthew 9:36–38

The issue has never been if the harvest is being prepared. It’s whether or not we’re prepared. God doesn’t get ahead of Himself. As God is preparing us, the harvest field is being prepared.

God’s Goal: A World Filled With His Glory

When you look out, there’s plenty to be done right now. Jesus said the fields are already white with harvest. But God has so much more. He wants the earth filled with His glory. He wants everything to behold Him, to know Him, to receive Him, to be available to Him, and to be subject to His love and grace and mercy and lovingkindness and justice and righteousness.

He wants all of the earth to know and recognize who He is instead of being shut off and offended and hard-hearted toward Him.

How God Prepares a Field

The Lord had me consider: how do you prepare a field? We’re entering into spring. What you might do is first disturb the soil—that which is hard. You rake it. You level it so it can become proper laying ground for the grass to come.

That’s what God has been doing in the hearts of men and women. He’s dealing with hard-heartedness right now.

Then you might aerate it—put holes in the soil to create space for seed to be sown and to be stable so birds don’t come and eat it. We know the Word of the Lord is the seed, and the birds are the enemy trying to steal the Word.

God doesn’t just want people to have hearts that hear; He wants a Word that remains and grows inside them. When you put a hole in something, you’re removing something else. God is removing stones in the hearts of men and women so that His Word will be there and replace idols and replace trauma. Glory to God.

Then you lay the seed. God is always releasing the Word of the Lord. But when hearts are prepared, that seed falls on good ground and yields thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold.

Then you fertilize. You add something that maximizes the potential of the seed. Many of us are in a season now—or you will be—where the Lord produces something from the outside that comes into your life. It might be a circumstance. It might be something you’re afraid of that you have to face. That Word comes in contact with that, and it activates, cultivates, and energizes the Word in your life.

And then finally you water that seed, and you wait to see the seed grow.

We Need the Word and the Spirit

We don’t just need the Word. We need the Word and the Spirit. The Ethiopian eunuch had the Word, but he didn’t have the Spirit, so he didn’t understand what he was reading. The Pharisees had the Word, and God said their father was Satan. Having the Word is not enough.

You need the Holy Ghost. You need a relationship with the living God. You need the Comforter—the One who walks beside us, who is with us always, who is speaking to us. We need to hear the Word of the Lord. What is He saying to you?

God is going to pour out His Spirit—He already has—but many of us are not available. As circumstances arise and they come in contact with the Word and energize the Word in your life, the Holy Spirit is going to come with power. It will produce mighty breakthrough in the lives of His people and His church.

The Third Great Awakening

We are becoming prepared for this harvest that’s coming—the third great awakening that’s going to sweep the earth. I believe it will be the first global awakening in the history of man. The Lord has shown me some glimpses of it, and it is absolutely beautiful. It is His heart enacted on the earth.

I pray this is an encouragement to you. I pray you pray into this and share this word. He is the Lord of the harvest. He is the One who oversees the harvest. As I saw this furled sod, He is the One who will speak when it’s time to roll out this harvest field.

The Harvest Field Is a Battlefield

The football is a competition, and the harvest field is a battlefield. The church is going to come in contact with opposition. The Lord is also sharpening His people.

As Samuel said it to Saul, He’s renewing the kingdom in us. That also means to sharpen a sword. That happens at the altar. So stay on the altar because God’s sharpening you so that you can be useful on the battlefield, which is also the harvest field.

Prayer: Send the Laborers

I want to pray for you now. God, I pray that our faith is so open and receptive to what You’re doing, that this is the word of the Lord to Your people. That You’re preparing a harvest field as You’re also preparing the laborers.

We’re praying for You to send the laborers. And as we pray for You to send them, You’re reviving those people and sanctifying them and bringing them into holiness and bringing them into submission and obedience and zealous service for the God they are in love with, Lord.

I pray that they will have one desire, and that’s to love You and know You.

“Jesus said, ‘It is my food to do the will of Him who sent Me.’” John 4:34

May we have the same testimony: that it’s our satisfaction, our meal, our food, to do the work You sent us to do. Because we’re doing it with You, and there’s intimacy and communion there—there’s the fellowship of Your sufferings.

“The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12

Prepare us as the army of the Lord for the harvest.

I love you. Until we see each other again, be blessed. Bye-bye.
