Hello all,
I can't explain with words the awe and wonder and hunger and thirst I have right now to know what the Lord is doing in this hour.
This morning [August 9th, 2020], North Carolina experienced a 5.1 magnitude earthquake that shook my house from side to side as I was in prayer.
The remarkable thing that glorifies God in all this... is the fact that minutes BEFORE the quake, the Lord was speaking to me ABOUT EARTHQUAKES.
He was focusing my attention on the POWER we have at our disposal if we seek to behold the Lord and go DEEPER, beneath the surface level of faith.
I am including my notes in totality, as well as a screen grab of my notes that show the timestamp of 7:46 a.m.
Again, the miraculous element of this that glorifies God here is this: The quake hit 21 MINUTES LATER at 8:07 a.m. according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

I pray this is an encouragement to you.
The Lord is shaking the CHURCH at this hour, to wake us up to this fact.
The Kingdom of God is within YOU.
"Nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

We have been given access to the throne room and the power of God to transform nations.
Atomic spiritual power is at our grasp.
The Lord is calling us deeper into relationship, so we can know His thoughts, His ways and His heart - for the purpose of bringing His will to pass.
There is a POWER TRANSFER the Lord is awakening us to.
I mentioned the quake registered at 5.1 on the scale.
Matthew 27:51 is where the Lord took my wife after this morning's events.
"At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split; and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people."
Matthew 27:51-52
This is where the Lord's sacrifice rent the veil in two and there was AN EARTHQUAKE and those who WERE ASLEEP were awakened and APPEARED to people with the POWER OF THE RESURRECTION.
God is calling for people willing to bear their cross and access the SPIRIT AND POWER OF ELIJAH.
Let us pray into this with fear and trembling.
Let us BEHOLD the Lord, so we can become more like Him.

At any given time there is an earthquake happening
But we have to be listening for them because they’re often to faint to experience
They’re happening right under our feet
They’re below the surface
What’s happening is at a deeper level
We need special equipment to pick up the sound and signal
In the same way
We must be deliberate to hear the heartbeat and the voice of the Lord
To go deep with Him requires
Patience
Time
And the will to be still and listen
The power that shaped the world is just below the surface
And the power of God is oh so close to us
But to know it and let others know about it
We have to have the will to be still and listen
The power is earthshaking, cataclysmic and formative
It moves nations
It transforms boundaries
Earthquakes are always happening somewhere.
There are an estimated 10 million quakes including tremors each year
Earthquakes happen between the earths surface to a depth of 500 miles.
For each step up in magnitude the annual number of earthquakes decreases (roughly) by a factor of 10.
For each step up in magnitude an earthquake releases 30 times more energy.
A magnitude 8 earthquake is the equivalent of 62 million tons of explosive.
A magnitude 10 quake is equivalent to 62 trillion tons of explosive
That’s one million times stronger than the Hiroshima nuclear bomb
